This website is operated by FrostGrip. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to FrostGrip. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders and contract

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was obviously incorrect. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your market. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or import duties. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made through the secure payment methods offered in the checkout.

Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (business days) and delivered with tracking. The total delivery time, including processing, is normally 6–12 business days. Read more in our shipping policy.

Returns and satisfaction guarantee

You have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return under our satisfaction guarantee. Read more in our refund policy.

Complaints and warranty

If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible at info@nordretail.com and we will help you with a replacement or refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
